Group Therapy
Group therapy provides a powerful, deeply meaningful opportunity to process, develop insight and gain a deeper understanding of challenging situations. Groups offer a confidential, safe space for people to develop self awareness and better awareness of others. The experience often reduces loneliness, normalizes your experiences, promotes change in quick and meaningful ways and helps you to learn new skills.
