Therapy is a practice of deep listening and a process that provides the opportunity for growth and self-discovery. Therapy can help you feel connected, supported, grounded and deeply understood; it facilitates the opportunity to work through current challenges as well as old, unresolved situations that are impacting you (and possibly your loved ones) in the present.
